The Role: Strategic Leader & Mission Champion
As our Shop Manager, you are the face of the company and the primary driver of our culture. You will lead by example, managing both the front-of-house customer experience and the back-of-house workflow efficiency.
- Leadership & Accountability: Lead the staff to meet sales objectives while holding every team member to our high standards and policies.
- Relationship Management: Proactively prevent service issues and skillfully turn challenges into opportunities to strengthen client loyalty.
- Operational Mastery: Maintain a high-velocity, efficient workflow using advanced shop management software.
- A "No Job Too Small" Mentality: Whether it's running a shuttle or assisting the team, you do whatever it takes to support the shop's flow.

- High-Yield Earnings: Realistic annual potential between $85,000 and $150,000.

What You Bring to the Table
- Proven Leadership: At least 5 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Sales Excellence: 1 year of professional sales experience with a proven ability to close with integrity.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong Windows/Email skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
- Operational Stamina: Ability to manage a fast-paced environment from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.
