- Maintain accurate records of service orders, invoices, and customer information
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating staff members
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive service management or related field
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong communication skills
- Proficiency with computerized repair and maintenance software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Certification from an accredited automotive service program is a plus
