Master Automotive Technician

Walker Automotive, Inc in Hopkinsville, KY is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Master Automotive Technician to join our team. As a Master Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they are in top condition for our customers. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
  • Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding vehicle issues and recommended repairs
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently within specified timeframes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician
  • ASE certification preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Valid driver's license
