In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our automotive repair shop, including supervising technicians, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of automotive technicians
• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Diagnose and repair automotive issues as needed
• Order parts and maintain inventory levels
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician
• Prior experience in a leadership role preferred
• ASE certification is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
