As the Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy automotive shop, ensuring that our team delivers top-notch service and repairs to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of automotive technicians and service advisors
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues
- Perform quality control checks on repairs and maintenance services
- Order parts and maintain inventory levels
- Train and mentor junior technicians
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment
Qualifications:
- ASE certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician
- Prior experience in a leadership or management role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
