Automotive Shop Foreman

Job Description

As the Automotive Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy automotive shop. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and accurately. Your role will involve coordinating work assignments, providing guidance on complex repairs, and conducting quality assurance checks to guarantee customer satisfaction.

In addition to supervising the shop floor, the Automotive Shop Foreman will be expected to assist with diagnosing and repairing vehicles as needed. You will need to have a strong technical background and a keen eye for detail to identify and address any issues that arise during the repair process.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire their team.
