Automotive Shop Foreman

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the automotive shop
  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians to meet and exceed performance goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician
  • Prior leadership experience in a similar role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
