Automotive Shop Foreman

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues and provide technical guidance to the team

  • Collaborate with the service advisors to communicate repair updates and recommendations to customers

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance
  • Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Certification from a recognized automotive training program or ASE certification preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
