Automotive Shop Foreman

Are you a skilled Automotive Technician looking to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Shop Foreman to join our team at Walker Automotive, Inc. in Elkton, KY. As the Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy automotive shop, ensuring that our team delivers top-notch service and repairs to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of automotive technicians and service advisors
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues
  • Perform quality control checks on repairs and maintenance services
  • Order parts and maintain inventory levels
  • Train and mentor junior technicians
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment

Qualifications:

  • ASE certification preferred
  • 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician
  • Prior experience in a leadership or management role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license
