Job Description:

As an Automotive Service Advisor at Walker Automotive, Inc, you will be the first point of contact for customers who need automotive repairs or maintenance. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and determining their automotive service needs
• Clearly explaining repair options and costs to customers
• Scheduling service appointments and communicating with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
