Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist every customer in a friendly, professional manner.

  • Manage shop workflow efficiently using modern systems.

  • Prepare detailed and accurate estimates, work orders, and invoices.

  • Explain vehicle inspection results clearly and assist customers in prioritizing repairs.

  • Order quality parts and manage inventory.

  • Ensure vehicles are returned clean and meet high-quality standards.

  • Build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or 3–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or automotive advising.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to type 50+ words per minute accurately.

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
