Automotive Service Advisor

As the first point of contact for customers needing automotive service, the Service Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related field.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating service costs.
  • Proficiency with computer software for managing service orders and customer information.
